Here’s a quick introduction to us: In our Business Solutions & Automation unit, we digitize our customers’ business processes using no-code and low-code platforms. For our team on Lake Constance, we’re looking for a working student who’s interested in exploring the world of ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) and would like to map ITSM processes for our clients using the no-code platform Ivanti Neurons. Programming skills aren’t required, but they’re helpful.
What is involved?

Independent professional development. You can grow with us. The more knowledge you gain in this field, the more responsibility you’ll take on. You’ll eventually be able to advise clients yourself
We’ll try to involve you in a client project as soon as possible so you can gain hands-on experience. Don’t worry—we don’t expect you to advise clients right away. Instead, the team will assign you simple tasks so you can quickly map ITSM processes for our clients using Ivanti Neurons.

You are a registered student (m/f/d) in a preferably technical degree program
You have good German and English skills (both at least B1 level) and enjoy communicating, including with customers
You have a technical understanding. Basic programming experience with databases would be an advantage
You also enjoy traveling occasionally to consult with clients. We will, of course, cover your travel expenses
